By using MobilOyuncu you agree to these terms. Membership and developer status are separate: every developer is linked to a verified member account, but members do not automatically become developers.
1. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and remain responsible for account activity. Impersonation, automated registrations, use of another person’s account and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
2. Community rules
Harassment, threats, hate, spam, fraud, malicious links, unauthorised disclosure of personal data and unlawful content are prohibited. Follow, message and block tools must not be abused. The platform may moderate content, limit visibility or suspend accounts.
3. Developer responsibility
A developer warrants that they have the right to publish the game, icons, artwork, music, brands and all other components. Malware, hidden mining, unauthorised redirects, phishing, licence violations, unlawful gambling, improper data collection and behaviour that may harm a device are prohibited.
4. ZIP, iframe and server games
Static ZIP games are published after security checks. Iframe developers must keep the remote URL safe and available. PHP/SQL games with an administration panel may be submitted only by specially authorised developers using a mobiloyuncu-game.json manifest and game-isolated table prefix. Files or SQL may be rejected for security reasons.
5. Updates and availability
An approved developer may edit, publish/unpublish and automatically release a new ZIP or iframe version after security checks. Server-game updates install automatically only while the special permission remains enabled. The platform may roll back, unpublish or block a game for security, rights, technical or user-safety reasons.
6. Deletion
A developer may delete their own game and a platform administrator may delete any uploaded game. Complete deletion covers records, translations, versions, pending packages, media, category links, comments, ratings, favourites, play records and isolated game database tables. Shared platform-core files used by an internal system game may be separately protected.
7. Licence
The developer grants MobilOyuncu a non-exclusive worldwide licence, while the game remains published, to host, preview, distribute, embed and promote the game and its media. Ownership remains with the developer.
8. Advertising and revenue
The platform may display advertising around games. No revenue share is promised unless separately agreed in writing. Manipulating ad systems or encouraging deceptive clicks is prohibited.
9. Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Continuous availability, particular revenue or perfect compatibility with every device is not guaranteed. Subject to mandatory law, the platform is not liable for indirect loss or third-party game/iframe behaviour.
10. Notices and changes
Rights, security and support notices may be submitted through the Contact page. Updated terms become effective when published; material changes may also be announced.
