Legal and Content Ownership Policy
1. Purpose and core principle
MobilOyuncu supports independent developers who genuinely invest effort in creating and sharing their own games and creative work. The platform is not a place for stolen, unauthorised, repackaged or ownership-uncertain content.
2. Ownership and authority to publish
A developer must own, or hold sufficient rights to host, reproduce, display, distribute and promote, the submitted game, source code, artwork, icons, covers, screenshots, music, sounds, videos, fonts, text, trademarks and every other component used in the game.
3. Purchased and third-party content
Paying for a game, template, source code, asset pack or licence does not automatically grant republication, sublicensing or distribution rights. The developer must verify licence terms, attribution duties, platform restrictions and the scope of commercial use.
4. Declaration and acceptance
Submitting a new game, uploading an update, requesting publication or allowing the game to appear on a developer profile constitutes an express declaration that the developer has the necessary rights and accepts this policy. The developer bears legal and financial responsibility for false or misleading declarations.
5. Review and approval rights
Platform management may investigate the game, developer identity, source domain, store listings, similar games and licence evidence; request further proof; delay or reject a submission; unpublish content; or reopen a review. Approval does not constitute a platform guarantee of ownership.
6. Prohibited content and technical abuse
Unauthorised uploads of another party's game; infringement of copyright, trademark, personality, privacy or data rights; malware, hidden redirects, cryptomining, phishing, fraud, fake traffic, advertising manipulation and removal of required licence notices are prohibited.
7. Identity, security and VPN/proxy use
Developer account information must be accurate, current and verifiable. Use of a VPN, proxy, anonymiser, disposable email or similar tool to conceal identity or content origin, evade enforcement, hide linked accounts or mislead review may result in suspension or permanent closure without prior warning. Security and access logs may be preserved.
8. Enforcement
Where an infringement is suspected, the platform may reject or remove the game, restrict publishing privileges, suspend or close the account and linked accounts, and preserve evidence. No advance warning is required for serious, intentional or repeated violations, and recovery of losses may be sought where permitted by law.
9. Rights-holder notices and authorities
Following a valid rights-holder notice, content may be temporarily removed, evidence may be requested and records may be preserved. On a valid and binding request from a competent judicial or administrative authority, necessary account, contact, upload, access and security records may be disclosed only within the scope of that request and applicable law.
10. Platform licence, reports and changes
While a game remains published, the developer grants MobilOyuncu a non-exclusive, worldwide and revocable licence to host, technically copy, display, distribute, preview and promote it; ownership remains with the developer or true rights holder. Violations may be reported through the Contact page. Updates take effect when the revised policy is published.
